ABOUT DRIVEN DYNAMICS

We build around people.
And the work that connects them.

Our purpose, what we’re building, and the principles that shape Driven Dynamics.

Driven Dynamics: signals converge into the D mark. Sound is optional.

ABOUT DRIVEN DYNAMICS

Built from the work.
For the people doing it.

Capable systems can still leave people connecting the dots themselves. Driven Dynamics grew from seeing that pattern—and wanting to change the experience around it.

OUR PURPOSE

Improve how people
experience work.

People should not have to carry the gaps between systems. Driven Dynamics is building software that keeps important information connected to the work—so people can understand what changed, who is responsible, and what needs attention next.

ONE FOUNDATION. TWO WAYS IN.

INSIDE YOUR SOFTWARE

DD Embedded

Your product. Your brand. An experience shaped around the people who use it. DD’s proposed role is to design and maintain that experience within an agreed scope, while your team advances the core product.

ACROSS YOUR OPERATION

Operational Control

Bring work, dependencies, risk, and capacity into view across systems, people, and AI. A clearer operational picture helps people understand the pressure and decide where attention belongs.

WHAT SHAPES THE COMPANY

Understand the work.

Start with the people, responsibilities, and handoffs. Design the experience around what they need to understand and do.

Keep responsibility clear.

Source systems retain their records and rules. Access and permitted actions must be explicit; people remain accountable for decisions.

Make intelligence inspectable.

A useful answer should show its supporting information, reasoning, and limits. What remains unknown should stay visible.

Our Human Impact Charter keeps the purpose in view: technology should give people more room to serve the people who depend on them.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE COMPANY

Founder-led. Built from the work.

Founded by Ian DeSilva, DD grew from a recurring pattern across enterprise technology and operations: capable systems, scattered information, and people left piecing the story together. That experience informs the company’s direction.

FOUNDER · DRIVEN DYNAMICS

Ian DeSilva

Enterprise systems. Operations.
Technology strategy.
The people between them.

Understanding the work
comes before designing the system.

Ian brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, operations, healthcare, higher education, software implementation, quality assurance, data, and cross-functional delivery.

Across those environments, the same pattern kept appearing: organizations had systems and information, but people still had to reconstruct the operational picture themselves—chasing updates, connecting decisions, interpreting exceptions, and bridging gaps between teams and tools.

Over time, Ian’s work expanded from implementation and systems analysis into operational technology, integration, process design, advisory work, governance, and the design of systems that help people understand how an operation is actually behaving.

That experience shapes Driven Dynamics: understand the operation first, design around the people doing the work, and turn fragmented signals into clearer operational understanding.

More about the experience behind DD +

Ian’s professional background includes information systems and operational technology at UC San Diego, healthcare software implementation and adoption, enterprise QA and user acceptance testing, systems integration, data and reconciliation workflows, cross-functional delivery, and independent technology and systems advisory work within workers’ compensation medical-legal operations.

UC San Diego is referenced as professional background only. It is not affiliated with or endorsing Driven Dynamics.

WHERE WE ARE · WHERE WE’RE HEADED

A working concept.
A foundation built for what comes next.

Founder-led, with working software and a documented platform architecture. The website gives you a first look; the engineering work goes deeper.

01 / WORKING PROTOTYPE

Ask the question.
Inspect the answer.

A parking-domain prototype turns ordinary-language questions into governed, read-only queries. It demonstrates confirmation, records, counts, grouped analysis, follow-up questions, saved query definitions and exports.

Observed in a local synthetic-data review. The latest development build is still awaiting acceptance; no live vendor connection is claimed.
02 / DOCUMENTED FOUNDATION

The experience has
an architecture behind it.

A platform constitution and master blueprint define how evidence, work, dependencies, readiness and decisions fit together. Supporting contracts cover roles, configuration, identity, host authority and the limits of AI.

Documented standards guide implementation and review. Their existence does not certify every capability or production control.
03 / NEXT TO PROVE

Put the depth
to work for people.

Validate selected host integrations and complete role workflows with operators and software vendors. Extend analysis, guided learning and visibility across people, systems and agents as each capability earns evidence.

The next measures: reliable integration, clearer decisions, easier learning and less manual follow-up—tested with the people doing the work.

ONE QUERY · THREE RECONCILED VIEWS

361 permits.
The same population.

The prototype review traced a question from a record population to a count and nine grouped results. All three reconciled to 361.

September 30, 2026 review · synthetic host data. Detail loading and CSV/XLSX exports were bounded to 250 rows. A saved view retained the query definition, not a historical result snapshot.

Meaning before execution

Question → governed operational meaning → validated plan → confirmed read-only host query. Ambiguous or unsupported requests stop for clarification.

Authority stays explicit

The reviewed request path checks who is signed in, which organization they belong to, permissions and configuration before execution. Host records and business rules retain their authority.

Evidence you can inspect

Source records, software versions, query definitions, test results and open decisions document what ran, what passed and what still needs work.

The accepted predecessor’s evidence records 68 governed query executions and a 549-test regression. Those are historical results for that baseline, not a new certification of the development successor.

Working evidence today. A deliberate path forward.

WHAT YOU CAN INSPECT · WHAT STILL NEEDS PROOF

Confidence should
have something behind it.

DD is founder-led and in development. You can explore the experience and inspect the engineering work behind it. Live integration and customer outcomes are the next evidence to earn.

INTERACTIVE DEMONSTRATION

The experience
you can explore.

Host comparisons, role-based briefs, distinct brand identities, and analytics calculated from authored records.

What it shows

How the experience could work. You can inspect the sample records behind the charts.

What it does not establish

A deployed host integration, customer adoption, or a measured business outcome.

WORKING ENGINEERING PROTOTYPE

A question-to-answer
path you can trace.

The parking prototype demonstrates governed queries, source-backed results, saved definitions and exports. Its request path and evidence limits are documented.

Evidence reviewed

A versioned source package, runtime walkthrough, reconciled query results, export checks and a record of what was reviewed and accepted.

Current boundary

The reviewed successor used synthetic host data and deterministic interpretation. Live integration and final acceptance remain to be proved.

NEXT TO VALIDATE

Repeatability.
Real human benefit.

Verify host integration, access controls, maintenance, and usability with the people doing the work.

Evidence to earn

A working scoped integration, reliable release and support practices, and an agreed outcome baseline.

Before claiming impact

Observe the change. Separate reduced effort from assumed savings, capacity, or customer results.

Where we’re headed
Industry range is an exploration of fit.

Parking is informed by bounded experiments. Medical-legal draws on research and prototypes. Automotive is a research direction; hospitality is a potential application. These are not four deployed DD products.
