WEBSITE PRIVACY
A clear view of your information.
This notice describes this Driven Dynamics website, including live Ask DD, the website AI guide and its interactive demonstrations. It does not describe a customer implementation.

Live Ask DD
When you submit a question in Ask DD, it goes through DD’s service on Webflow Cloud to OpenAI for interpretation. The request includes the selected industry or organization example, illustrative role and view, the previous query definition when available, and a catalog describing the fictional data and supported questions. DD validates the interpretation and calculates the answer from synthetic records. No customer host system or business account is connected.
Use fictional information. Do not enter patient records, credentials, personal information, or confidential operational data. Guided scenarios outside live Ask DD calculate their sample answers in your browser.
The website AI guide
The website guide helps visitors explore DD, select a relevant example and prepare a conversation brief. Messages you submit, up to five recent visitor messages and a curated catalog of public DD information are sent through DD’s Webflow Cloud service to OpenAI. The guide selects approved facts and example links; it has no access to private project archives or live customer systems.
Guide messages, suggested brief details and your edited brief are kept in session storage for this browser tab. Use Clear this conversation to remove them, or close the tab. Brief edits are not sent to AI unless you include them in a subsequent guide message. The application does not write guide messages or briefs to its server database. The same provider-processing and usage controls described below apply to the guide.
Questions, saved queries and exports
The Ask DD application does not write question text or result rows to its server database. Follow-up context is kept in the open page’s memory. If you save a query, its name (which may contain your question), selected context, definition and save time are stored in this browser until replaced or cleared with site data. Saved queries are rerunnable definitions, not historical result snapshots. Exports download the selected sample results to your device.
OpenAI receives questions and context to provide the interpretation. Requests use the API’s store:false setting; this is not a promise of zero retention by the provider. OpenAI may retain data for abuse monitoring or other purposes described in its API data controls.
Usage controls and hosting
To limit public demo usage, DD’s service stores request timestamps, random request identifiers, usage flags and a daily-rotating hashed client identifier derived from the connection address. The usage database does not store raw IP addresses, question text or result rows. Entries older than 48 hours are removed when the next request is processed.
Webflow hosts the website and service. Hosting providers may process technical information, including connection addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Provider processing and retention are separate from DD’s application database.
Preferences and analytics
Brand personalization and manual conversation-brief editing are processed in your browser. The AI guide’s message processing is described above. The motion preference is stored for this tab’s session. Your light or dark appearance choice is stored locally until you change it or clear site data. No DD advertising pixel or DD visitor-analytics integration is configured on this website; this does not mean hosting providers process no technical information.
Sharing a brief or contacting DD
The contact fields prepare a note in your browser. This page does not send or save your name, email, organization or workflow note. Copying the note puts its text on your device’s clipboard. The email option opens a prepared message in your email app; you choose whether to send it. If you email Ian@getdrivendynamics.com, your email provider and DD’s email service process that communication so Ian can receive and respond to it. The browser-only handling of an unsent brief does not apply to an email you send.
