DD EMBEDDED
An experience and intelligence layer, shaped around your product, your brand, and the roles you serve.
DD Embedded · For software companies
DD designs, builds, and maintains the user experience inside your software—so your team can focus on the core product.
Your records, business rules, permissions, and core capabilities.
Role-specific workspaces, guided workflows, and natural-language access to authorized information.
Your brand. Familiar work. Relevant information and understandable next steps.
Start with one role and workflow. Connect the host’s approved capabilities. Evolve the experience as your product grows.
DD designs and maintains the experience inside your software. Your users get workspaces shaped around their roles; your team stays focused on the capabilities that make your product valuable.
We map one role and workflow, agree what DD may read or do, and connect the capabilities your software exposes. DD delivers the experience within your product and brand, then evolves it alongside your roadmap.
Your system remains responsible for source records, permissions, rules, and transactions unless authority is explicitly delegated. Integration and maintenance scope are agreed with you.
FROM ONE WORKFLOW TO A WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Start small enough to inspect. Agree how the experience fits your product before extending its scope.
Observe the work, identify the friction, and agree what a useful improvement would look like.
Agree the host capabilities, data access, brand, responsibilities, and permitted actions.
Validate the experience with its users and agree how changes are tested, released, and supported.
Your team advances the core product. DD’s proposed role is to build and maintain the experience around it, within an agreed scope.
Integration & trust→INTELLIGENCE WITH VISIBLE BOUNDARIES
Your software remains responsible for its records, rules, and transactions. Any authority given to DD must be explicit and limited.
“Which orders still need supplier confirmation?”
The records and fields this person is allowed to use.
The result, supporting records, calculation, and limits.
Knowing an answer does not grant permission to act.
Questions use scripted responses and calculations over sample records. No model, host account, or SQL database is connected.
Inspect a sample answer→WHAT A SOFTWARE TEAM SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASK
These are the boundaries to agree—not claims that a standard commercial package is already available.
Your source records, permissions, business rules, and transactions. The host’s identity and capabilities define the integration; any delegated authority must be agreed explicitly.
Ownership and licensing of host code, DD components, brand assets, and configuration must be defined in the engagement agreement. This review does not promise a code transfer or a particular license.
Define the supported interface, test environments, release coordination, compatibility responsibilities, and rollback approach together. Ongoing experience maintenance needs a stated scope and owner.
Agree continuity, handover, access revocation, and any export or license rights before adopting the integration. These arrangements depend on the delivery model and are not yet represented here as standard terms.
An implementation needs verified identity and tenant boundaries, authorized data access, constrained queries, traceable results, and controls over actions. Model providers, retention, training use, and any regulated-data requirements must be established for that implementation. This site does not claim certification or production readiness.
Scope the workflow, integration, experience delivery, and ongoing maintenance first. Pricing and support terms are to be agreed; no standard price or service-level commitment is published on this website.

COORDINATION DESK
A day’s appointments, records requests, and location confirmations.

YOUR STARTING POINTS
A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER
DEMO-A201
Document confirmation absent · Sample case A
The request is visible, but the expected records have no receipt confirmation. Appointment readiness is not established.
Fictional appointment and records-request entries. No patient information or live clinical systems are used.
These records are authored sample data for this website demonstration.
ASK DD · NATURAL-LANGUAGE ACCESS
Follow a natural-language question through a scoped query, source results, and a useful visualization.
Live Ask DD sends questions to OpenAI for interpretation. Answers use synthetic records; no host system is connected. Use sample questions only.
DEMO-A201 has a records request but no receipt confirmation. The coordinator needs to follow up; appointment readiness is not established.
Illustrative read-only query against a fictional demo schema. A real integration must map the question to approved fields and enforce the user’s access before execution. No SQL executes here.
SELECT id, appointment_time, records_received FROM demo.appointments WHERE records_received IS NULL;
Select “Explore answer” to follow the question from sample data to insight.
INTELLIGENCE YOU CAN INSPECT
Follow the reasoning. Keep the limits in view.
The sample has a records request, but no confirmation that the expected records arrived.
Appointment: 09:30 · sample case a. Records request: recorded. Receipt confirmation: not available.
Sample source factsThe represented request is not evidence of receipt. Preparation should remain open for coordinator review.
Reasoning to inspectReceipt, completeness, and any professional assessment of the records are not established.
Uncertainty stays visibleAI may explain. People remain responsible for consequential decisions.
The human aim: Give coordinators a clearer view of missing context, with the person being served still in focus.
Medical-legal examples draw on research and prototype material. This is an illustrative coordination experience; it does not establish production integration, clinical readiness, regulatory compliance, or measured customer outcomes.
